TODAY IS A GOOD DAY.

I woke up this morning and the sky was blue. Do you know what today is? IT'S A GOOD DAY!... It's still the beginning of a new month, this eighth month signifies the month of new beginnings and it's also still the start of a new week.

I feel so at peace at the sight of the bright blue sky and the clouds that shift every other minute. I don't know if you've felt that feeling of a day right before a new exciting trip, or smelled a familiar scent either from a perfume, a type of food or just a smell tied to a place, or just had a feeling that a day was going to be good or something will happen.

I've been having this sad feeling about missing out on a lot of things lately. For instance, if you've read previous posts, you must have come across the name INDA. My year of this life-turning program ended in 2023; and now, I have to deal with seeing others after me go through it. Each year is a different experience for each group and its leaders... so I often feel sad that I don't get to experience some activities. I've also always really wanted to go back to such programs once completed to serve as a facilitator or leader. However, God has not yet opened those doors in this realm, yet. And His timing and will is always perfect.

So as I was watching a beautiful testimony by Michelle Ntalami on her encounter with God, I felt the Lord touch and stir my heart. I am so at peace right now with this year's INDA group going on a spectacular hiking experience at Mt.Kenya tomorrow; which we didn't end up going on. My heart has generally been happy for them from the start but I still couldn't help the melancholy. But God has showered me with intense love and peace. I don't know how to put it in a better way.

So to all the ones going on the hike, I'm so happy for you. And I pray that you have a wonderful experience there. May God speak to each and everyone of you, I trust that you will go up as you are and come back down changed ones. See the world anew and tell of the views from the peak. smell the nature and clean air, feel the massage of the wind, touch the soil and rocks so mindfully that you feel the energy and life in all of God's beautiful wonders. Yes, don't forget to bond with the souls with you; make new memories and share the moment. Your heart will always recall the sentimental touches of life it receives. May the Holy Spirit within you all be felt and acknowledged and may the sweet and pleasant Presence of God surely always be with y'all.

And to the people from my INDA and anyone else out there that ever feels sad about missing out, God has a plan. He has not and will never forget you. He is right there with you at all times and He has something amazing for you right where you are. Live mindfully and presently in the  moment and the season of your life that He has put you in. God is I AM! And we are all in His love. Pray and speak blessings over those you look upon who seem to have what you think you want or need na kila kitu itakuwa tu sawa (everything will just be okay). Fall into the arms of Father. Fall to Jesus. Fall in surrender to the Holy Spirit.

 Remember in this race,

It's good to have pace,

But please, stick to your own lane,

And keep your eyes on Jesus.

...and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. Hebrews 12:1-2

Love, Serene Steph
